News: It’s hard to believe we are entering our twentieth season of Clan McDonald fantasy football. When I reflect on this, I think about what has changed and what has stayed the same. Over a dozen “alumni” managers have played with us and subsequently retired. We started with ten teams and also had a year or two where we’ve contracted from twelve to ten but always had competitive seasons and a solid foundation of people. In terms of the football…
News: Our final week has come and gone. I don’t know about you but it seems like only yesterday we were joking about our recently completed draft grades from Yahoo. A season does fly by. First and foremost, congrats to Andy who survived another week of volatile NFL results to secure his third Plastic Helmet of Excellence! I didn’t watch that but I did watch the Patriots snatch defeat from the jaws of victory and also a bit…
News: Apologies in advance for the Reader’s Digest newsletter this week. ‘Tis the season to be slammed by work, the added tasks that come with the holiday season and fairly persistent snowfall, which all need to take priority I’m afraid. In Clan McDonald the final whistle has blown, the dust has settled and the harsh but thin line has been drawn between the top and bottom six combatants. As close as things have been all season and as few wins…
